LOCATION
Bel Air Asheville is located in Buncombe County 15 minutes from Black Mountain and 30 minutes from Asheville
The relationship between the resort and the residential community is itself a masterpiece of thoughtful planning. Residents access their homes by driving through the resort, a deliberate design choice that eliminates through traffic, preserves the calm of the residential enclave, and ensures that the only people present in the community are those who belong there. The effect is immediate and unmistakable, a level of serenity and seclusion that gated communities alone rarely achieve.
At Bel Air Asheville, the master plan does not simply organize space. It protects a way of life.
Access to the Community
Access
Bel Air Asheville is accessed through two gated entry points. The first gate, marked A on the map, is located at the intersection of Old Fort Road and Major Mountain Road, near 2-12 Major Mountain Road, and is protected by an access code. After passing through this gate, continue along the marked route for about five minutes to reach the second gate, marked B on the map, at the intersection of Major Mountain Road and Moondance Trail. This second gate is the entrance to Bel Air Asheville and is currently being installed as development progresses.
